Fraudulent service practices Bought a new CR-V in 2016. Sales transaction went fine. I try and stay with the dealer for service, but after many mistakes by the service department, and catching them in fraudulent practices, I decided it was time to stop going to Bel Air Honda. The service department was charging for services, however, they are not being performed. Furthermore, I am now seeing it just wasn't a one time thing. I have been using a more reputable service center and it was time for a transmission fluid flush. It was supposed to be completed by Bel Air Honda, but my current mechanic saved the old fluid and explained to me it was the original factory fluid. I hope my transmission is not ruined. Save the money and trouble and find a real service center to perform the work honestly. This place is nothing but mistakes and fraudulent practices. Horrible, horrible experience. The service manager was nothing but excuses as well. No customer service at all. It's all about money! More
Never again! I have to say it is the worst! I went for quick oil change. The first day they said would be 1.5hrs but recommended I come back early in the morning. I have to say it is the worst! I was like perfect, that’s what the other guy said. Almost 2 hours later I was done!!!!! I was furious! I kept asking because I had an appointment to be at and was told not much longer. I could see my keys sitting on the guys desk prob for 15 min before I was checked out. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention the new waiting room is in a room with no windows and you feel like you are in some hospital waiting room. I told them before I left the place needed to get it together. You would have thought they would have sent a manager to see how they could improve... but nope! They didn’t care. More

When confronted Christina beat around the bush and couldn't give me an answer. When I asked why a different service was performed than the one I asked, she was not educated on the issue at all and told me I should just be happy because the service ended up being cheaper. NO! If I wanted a different service I would have gone somewhere else. They do not inform there costumers of a change in service until the work is performed. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING! Dealt with serval other Honda dealers before to have my car serviced and never had any issues. This dealer has awful customer service. More

Excellent honest service!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heritage Honda Bel Air! After a terrible experience (at another dealership), being told that my Honda CRV I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heritage Honda Bel Air! After a terrible experience (at another dealership), being told that my Honda CRV needed new brakes, new tires, new timing belt, all new filters, and an onslaught of other random things totall $4,000 I was beside myself!! I had purchased this CRV 2 years ago from another dealership and had dealt with Andrew Miller (the general manager) … he was so wonderful, I contacted him to ask would be it possible I that I needed all these things. Now when I contacted Andrew I was in Florida (where I live for 50% of the year) and I was about to drive 1200 miles home (to Delaware) and was terrified to drive my car. He assured me that since the last time I got the car serviced it was not possible to have all those things wrong with my CRV. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Andrew (the general manager) I am sure he is so busy running a dealership, but he made me feel at ease and as if I was the only (crazy) customer he had to take care of. I made the drive from Florida safe and was met by Andrew upon my arrival at the dealership.. he introduced me to Chrissy (the service manager). The kindness, and professionalism did not stop at Andrew… Chrissy was a total doll. Chrissy assured me that they would look over every inch of the CRV and take good care of me, and they did. Long story short, my CRV got an oil change and new tires and that is all she needed. Every person at the dealership was so kind, friendly and wonderful to deal with!!! I will continue to make the hour dive to have my car serviced at Heritage.. you can not put a price on honesty and peace of mind! Thank you so much Andrew, Chrissy & the entire Heritage Honda team! This service department sucks Not willing to listen, charged me $200 to fix an a/c on a car that is two years old. They said it needed a charge but refused to check why. It had a slow leak from the time it was made. Now it is my issue, I paid a lot of money for this car the least the can do is give me what I paid for. I can’t get a manager to call me back and the receptionist just laughed at me and HUNG UP!!! Really, GREAT SERVICE good luck to you but I would go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Feeling like I got swindled. Bought a used vehicle in June and had to get the extended warranty. It’s now September and the vehicle needs new brake calipers. Not pads or rotors bu Bought a used vehicle in June and had to get the extended warranty. It’s now September and the vehicle needs new brake calipers. Not pads or rotors but the caliper. Was told this is not a serviceable part so they need to be replaced and that my warranty won’t cover it. So a 800-1000$ job just close to 3 months later. Haven’t even put that many miles on it. Had a great buying expierence but this service issue for sure put a damper on things. More
