Absolutely incompetent scam artists They tried to charge me $125 for a diagnostic test they did not do. Broke my window with no explanation, just covered it with plastic. And then they would not release my vehicle without paying a lot fee which after I had to think for them and explain the ridiculousness of their incompetence, they agreed, and gave me my car back with no charge... Major preventive maintenance done I was concerned about having my 100,000 mile periodic service done correctly. This includes timing belt, alignment brakes and fluids changed. I have always done my own auto maintenance in the past, but age and multiple surgeries have caught up to me. I have done timing belt changes before, just takes patience, adherence to the service manual and concentration. To ensure the jobs were done correctly, I decided that the dealership would be the best place. Talking to the service advisor gave me confidence in the shop. I will be paying attention to the items done to validate my decision. More
