Another Superior Service Visit! My Honda’s have been coming for service since 1999 to this location because of the superior service here. Michael and Christina and the service technicians continued this tradition recently providing excellent service on my Pilot. The service was completed ahead of schedule and for less than expected. This is why the only place that I let service my Honda is Heritage! More
Communication was lacking I brought my vehicle in because the A/C wasn't as cold as expected. I dropped it off around 8am on 7/31/19. They asked when we would like it back an I brought my vehicle in because the A/C wasn't as cold as expected. I dropped it off around 8am on 7/31/19. They asked when we would like it back and we said 1pm. 1pm came and went before a call that indicated they determined the problem. They ordered the part and it should be at the dealer possibly next morning before they opened. That never happened. I called again at 6pm on 8/2/19 and was told the service advisor was gone and he would have someone call me on 8/3/19. They did and indicated the part was coming from California and it should be there possibly Monday. He advised I could pick up the vehicle and bring it back. We finally received the vehicle back on 8/6/19 - 6 days later. Communication that the part would take multiple days should have been made much earlier. They should have expedited the part at this staged. My expectation was I would get the vehicle back on 8/1/19 at the latest; not told on 8/3/19 it was a long wait time. More
Be sure to keep good records using this location. Their near constant construction (going on for YEARS now...) means they are switching their service office back and forth betwee using this location. At one point, they tried to tell me I was overdue for a service they had just performed on a previous trip. Luckily, I had my records with me and pointed out their oversight, and that was when they told me some of their records had been lost in the transition. I go to one location for all of my work to AVOID that kind of problem! More

Above and Beyond I took my car in on a very busy Saturday morning. The service rep Nick advised me they would call me in a couple of hours to let me know what the pro I took my car in on a very busy Saturday morning. The service rep Nick advised me they would call me in a couple of hours to let me know what the problem was. Nick not only called back within the time frame he gave me. He also took care of making sure I had transportation to and from the dealership and that I was able to have a car while mines was being serviced. The whole experience was great and the service was excellent. Heritage Honda of Bel-Air gets a 5 star from me. Kimberly E More

Customer Service Not Important I had to pay a diagnostic fee that was not I was not made aware of in advance. The service tech that was collecting payment could not, or would not, a I had to pay a diagnostic fee that was not I was not made aware of in advance. The service tech that was collecting payment could not, or would not, answer my questions. I then left two phone messages asking to be called about the charge and recommend future services. I never received a phone call back in response to the two messages I left. Being non-responsive showed poor customer service. It’s hard to be a loyal customer with service like this. More
