Beautiful brand new service department!! My service advisor Nick was very friendly and gave me a tour of the new facility. In and out within an hour for oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Two recalls Great service at Heritage. However American Honda didn’t make parts available for the steering wheel problem. They were continuing to build cars so Great service at Heritage. They just chose to leave a serious safety situation undone. One other thing. When I talked to the American Honda rep he stated that the call was being recorded. When I kidded that I was recording it also he ended the call and hung up on me. That action is probably illegal. More
