Took my van in for recall and they broke my window Took van in for recall on sliding doors and they broke my right sliding door glass. After waiting past the 2 hr timeframe, they told me and had us taken to enterprise for a rental. Autistic daughter didn't deal well with all the waiting plus the extra hour or so on top of that. They said my van would be ready the next day. My van was completely full of gas for the weeks upcoming appointments, now I had to put gas in the rental. My van was not ready the next day, they said they made a mistake when ordering the glass so it was going to be another day. I had to buy more gas! The rental was ok, but drove like a tank, not like my luxury van. When I called to see if my van was ready the next day, the service advisor helping me said he was leaving early but he would have them put 50.00 on my acct as a credit for my trouble. That didn't even cover the gas! Not to mention, they broke my window...not something I did. When I arrived to drop off the rental, Enterprise tried to charge me 36.60, in mileage. I told them I was not supposed to pay that, the dealership was. At the dealership, the guy checking us out, said that kenan , our advisor had called and left me a voicemail something about me needing something done to my breaks. I didn't get a call. He said it would be 142.00, but only 92.00 with my credit. I told him I didn't have that, barely had enough to cover the extra gas I had to buy that week thanks to them. What good is the 50.00 credit doing on my account. They broke my window, didn't tell me about the brake stuff , and we even purchased the vehicle new from them, its a 2018. My husband is not happy at all!!!!! I live in north east maryland now so traveling to the dealership was and hour and a half with traffic. The gentleman who gave me my keys was not personable, and acted like he didn't care, he just wanted to get me out of there... More
