He provided me with a time frame to when my car would be out if the diagnose phase and it was spot on. They came and told me exactly what was wrong with my car, explaining in detail and answering all my questions. They did the work, kept me updated and gave me a discount. Of course we all like to save money but the customer service and the communication with me was the best. And after going to another dealership, twice to have them not find the problem, I was very excited to not only have the problem found...but have it fixed in a great manner.
