Went for my second service on my car. Service was excellent. Arrived early but took vehicle in immediately. Sign in was courteous and efficient. Had an appointment, was completely disrespected by the employee. Brought my vehicle in for full inspection, was informed by the call center this was free, when I went to my appointment, they were going t employee. Brought my vehicle in for full inspection, was informed by the call center this was free, when I went to my appointment, they were going to charge over $150. I told the service rep that I was informed this was a free service, he got up and talked to his manager and just crossed off the fee, without any acknowledgement. I was asked if I wanted my car washed at drop off, I said yes. Upon picking my car up, my car wasn’t washed, the only items they suggested I needed were a basic maintenance, so really don’t think a thorough inspection was done. More
