I said ‘yes’ for recommendation, but this might change to ‘NO’, depending on my next visit for maintenance. (I bought a ‘service pkg’ when I first leased, so not sure if I’m locked into this particular deal ‘NO’, depending on my next visit for maintenance. (I bought a ‘service pkg’ when I first leased, so not sure if I’m locked into this particular dealership.) Everything was GREAT (all the right worksheet boxes checked off!) till I drove off after the maintenance was completed and noticed a warning that my tire pressure was low! My service rep had driven my car around front to me and she failed to notice/say anything. Tires were rotated and pressure checked according to their checklist. Had to call from my next stop and though MY rep wasn’t available, they apologized and said to bring back. Again, she was on the phone, but afterwards, although someone else offered to help me as I stood by her desk, she let them and left the area, ignoring me. Air was added to all 4 tires, which was quite disturbing since it implied they never bothered to do this in the first place. Makes me wonder what ELSE was skipped!?! This couldn’t be explained to me, since “sorry, I wasn’t your original rep”. Then it took 2 people to delete the computer generated warning. Due to the volume of traffic by the time I left this 2nd visit, I couldn’t make a left turn out of the dealership and had to take the long way home. When I got home, I remembered to look at my trunk, above the bumper, where I thought I saw a dent while watching them add air. Sure enough, there IS one! Recalling my driving the previous day, I can’t see how this could have occurred, but since I can’t prove it happened during the time it was left at Honda, I’m on the hook for it. Oh, and the ‘free’ car wash, valued at $9, is barely worth it - entire back windshield wasn’t touched. All in all, this Honda visit did NOT make my day! More

Tony in service is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to help the customer. I will not take my car anywhere else. The work is great and the price is better than other service places.
