I used the service center yesterday for the first time.. the Service writer was great very nice and very friendly. The new customer lounge was comfortable seating for everyone they even supplied water and c the Service writer was great very nice and very friendly. Heritage came through for me in a big way! Had an alternator fail on a trip up I95 and fortunately was able to get off at the exit near Heritage.
