Went in for “Express Service” routine oil chg ., tire rotation and new wiper blades. Took 2 hrs! Upon arrival there were several employees in the service center but not one approached me while at my car. rotation and new wiper blades. Took 2 hrs! Upon arrival there were several employees in the service center but not one approached me while at my car. A customer waiting for her vehicle paid the most attention to me. I understand that people can be busy but I think someone could have at least acknowledged me and said we will be right with you. Terrible customer service. Zero stars! More

Basically, from beginning to end, the experience I had getting my starter replaced at Heritage Honda was a good experience. The communication was always timely & Julie did an extraordinary job. My only getting my starter replaced at Heritage Honda was a good experience. The communication was always timely & Julie did an extraordinary job. My only qualm with this experience was that fact Heritage wanted to “initially” charge me $648/aftermarket or $906/OEM for a new starter. This was BEYOND ridiculous; IMO‼️‼️ I refuse to get “ripped off” by dealer prices‼️‼️‼️ I was ready to go down & get my car outta there & take it to an “honest” garage. Fortunately, I was able to purchase a NEW “premium” starter on my own at $250 & they agreed to install it for me at $325 labor. $600 is about where this cost should be to replace a starter on a Honda CR-V in the first place. For this reason I rate my experience @ 4/5. Would I return to Heritage Honda for more service work ?? Maybe, it all depends on what type of service my vehicle would require. It’s common knowledge that dealers will “overcharge” the average consumer for their services.....but most of the time there can be more affordable alternatives. More
