Heritage Honda Bel Air - Service Center

The customer service at Honda is poor, at best. After waiting for about 2 hours, I asked if my car was almost done. The lady at the desk said, “I told you it was going to be more than an hour.” This was waiting for about 2 hours, I asked if my car was almost done. This is after I made an appointment, despite Honda not taking appointments at this time. (The website should be updated to reflect this rather than making customers believe they had scheduled a set time/date.) I only go there because I have discounted coupons, but will never go back. I can surely find much friendlier and cheaper service elsewhere. More
