The customer service at Honda is poor, at best. After waiting for about 2 hours, I asked if my car was almost done. The lady at the desk said, “I told you it was going to be more than an hour.” This was waiting for about 2 hours, I asked if my car was almost done. The lady at the desk said, “I told you it was going to be more than an hour.” This was for an oil change, nothing more. This is after I made an appointment, despite Honda not taking appointments at this time. (The website should be updated to reflect this rather than making customers believe they had scheduled a set time/date.) I only go there because I have discounted coupons, but will never go back. I can surely find much friendlier and cheaper service elsewhere. More
