Chrissy Richmond is absolutely awesome! In my experience, she is friendly, personable, professional, and strives to make the service experience as pleasant for the customer as it can possibly be! I highly recommend the service department at Bel Air Honda and always tell others to ask for Chrissy Richmond. Bel Honda does follow their motto of fixing it right the first time and I have always felt that the repairs are at a fair price. Chrissy always explains my options. I recently took my 1997 Honda Accord in for diagnosis and repair for a throttle issue. Chrissy called me as soon as she knew the diagnosis from the service technician and explained my repair options. I opted to have a new part installed. She provided an estimated time when my car would be ready and a price estimate for the repair. The Accord was in fact ready at the time she provided. Chrissy provides excellent customer service from intake, through the repair process, and time for me to pick-up my car. I always tell her and the general manager that as long as Chrissy works there then Bel Air Honda has me as a service customer because I trust her. More

My Pilot was not repaired when I came to pick up the vehicle. I then had to leave the vehicle over the weekend because my car was not fixed. On that following Monday, I had to call the Service Departm vehicle. I then had to leave the vehicle over the weekend because my car was not fixed. On that following Monday, I had to call the Service Department twice before anyone could tell me that the car would be ready. I made that second call at 3:30 p.m. After paying a $95 diagnostic fee, the service department originally told me that the vehicle was fixed. Not so!!! I was advised by "customer service" that a person from "management" would be contacting me by phone. Not so!!! A week later, I'm still waiting. I bought my car new from this dealership. However after a similar experience this past December and now this incident in March, I doubt that I could ever return to this dealership. They apologize . . . but that's it. I received no satisfaction and was never given timely communications. I had to initiate all contacts. More
Jim explained required service very well and when service was complete went over the results withe me. I have always felt that Bel Air Honda's service prices are a little inflated. My experience in the service/parts department was wonderful that is why a 5 -great rating was given. I was helped by Tom Fields who made sure that all my services were completed.
