Crissy has been our service advisor for several years. When I call for her, she returns my calls if she is not immediately available. She understands our limited financial resources when providing feedback on inspections completed and helps us know what is necessary for the safe operation of our vehicle. Her explanations are clear as are her recommendations. Crissy has a very pleasant and helpful demeanor. She is up-front about when the vehicle will be ready and calls to let me know when service has been completed. I am pleased to offer a positive review for Crissy. She is the person I will contact when service is required for Honda Accord. As an aside, she has, on occasion, had a technician install wiper blade inserts and bulbs replaced as an amenity. My unexpected service visit was AMAZING! Seriously, who says that about automotive service? I am in awe and so thankful for the wonderful staff I met at Bel Air Honda! My Acura MDX unexpectedly died at the local gas station. A wonderful man helped me restart my car but suggested that I go to Bel Air Honda so that they could look at my battery. The only caveat is that my 110 pound chocolate lab, Walter was in the car with me. I showed up at the service center and Bruce Knapik was able to take my car immediately. I told him about Walter in the back of the car and he said that I could bring him into the service center with me! Really?!! I was astonished! The kindness and consideration was incredible and to top the story off, the service tech checked my battery and said that I didn't need a new one but that the terminal was so corroded that it just needed to be cleaned up--I was desperate and they could have made a cheap buck by charging me for a new battery and placement--I never would have been wiser. Walter and I felt very much at home and appreciated all of the dog stories and smiles! Thanks Bel Air Honda, you'll be seeing us again soon--for routine maintenance! More
I brought my '12 Honda Accord ex-l in for 30,000 mile check and service. I made my appointment in advance and had no trouble getting set with a convienient day of the week. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Bruce Knapik, service manager, who checked my vehicle in. As per my request, a "loaner" vehicle was provided for my return home(brought the cAR IN NITE BEFORE). bY 10 A.M. the next day, I had received a call from Honda stating that my car was just about complete but, that there was other work that could be done (power steering flush, it was dark, and the brake rotors were producing a slight vibration, I chose to fore-go these at this time.. 20 mins. later my phone rang and Bruce said that the work was complete..come and get it at my convieniece. Great service and professionally friendly attitudes.. Always a pleasure to bring all of my cars there.. More

I was really pleased with the service provided by Chrissy Richmond in the Service Dept. I did not realize my car was due for service and I called Chrissy that morning explaining that I would be out of town Richmond in the Service Dept.
