I came to Bel Air Honda to get my tire checked out for a loss of pressure which was occurring over the past 2 months. Christina explained to me that the tire would need to be replaced due to a nail in the loss of pressure which was occurring over the past 2 months. Christina explained to me that the tire would need to be replaced due to a nail in the side wall of the tire. I also got her to check out my passenger side mirror for damage that occurred to it during a snow storm, she quoted me a price, however due to the tire expense of the tire, I was hesitant to get it fixed, then she offered me 10% off the part which was a kind gesture. I also checked out the cost of the tire at local tire shops and Honda was cheaper. I appreciate her kindness , friendly customer service, and professional manner. Upon picking up my vehicle I informed Ashley Baker that Jones Junction quoted $189 for a 30,000 mile service (My next scheduled maintenance) as compared to Bel Air Honda's $469. She was very blunt saying saying "I don't know what they offer." I explained that it was the same service except for the transmission flush and wiper blade replacement. She then said in the same blunt voice "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I asked her how much it would be without the transmission flush. Without saying anything she did some calculations on a calculator slid it over to me showing me $379 and walked off. As I was waiting on my car to be pulled around I asked her if the flush was necessary because according to Honda it wasn't at 30,000. She looked extremely irritated and said "Well that's what we recommend. Have a nice day." The cashier heard our conversation and recommended that I comment on this site. I bought both of my Civics here, but I'm not going back. More
We have three Hondas 96Civic, 2008Civic, 2007Ridgeline. These cars all go to Bel Aire Honda for all there needs and yes sometimes our just plain wants. We just bought a 2014 camper and didn't know about the Rideline towing and the towing package that needed to be installed. I called the service department and well after going back and forth with them and the RV shop it became very confusing to what i need and what didn't plus what the truck already had on it. The RV shop call on my behalf and spoke with Chrissy Richmond and worked everything out for use. I didn't feel very confident in the towing package and if i can tow with my Ridgeline truck safely due to people making comments at the RV show we just attended. These people at the RV show that are ( American truck owners ) told me to sell my Ridgeline truck and get a real truck because our truck wouldn't be able to tow anything because its not a real truck it just looks like one. I called Chrissy up as i was told to do to get the truck ready for towing and not only did she know what i needed for the truck but explained How it was going to be done and why. We were very nerves about this whole towing thing so when we picked the truck up and paid for everything she went over everything again and answered all our questions and concerns. We now feel good again about our truck and towing and look forward to camping and returning to Bel air Honda. We will now return to Chrissy for all our car needs and will feel very confident that she will know who, what, when and why because that is exactly what she did for use with no problems at all. Thank you Chrissy for putting our minds at ease by letting us know that the ridge line truck can tow up to 5000lbs. with no problems so go have some fun and stop worrying. I was pleased with the prompt service to replace my left low beam headlight bulb and get me back on the road. The cost was a lot more than I paid the last time you replaced the right side low beam (about fo low beam headlight bulb and get me back on the road. Working with Bruce Knapik, I was able to get everything completed within my budget. I have been having my Hondas serviced by Bel Air Honda since I bought my first Honda Civic in 1988. Appointment times are accommodated, transportation to and from home is provided while vehicle is serviced, scheduled maintenance is advised appropriately, and mechanical work is top-notch. When I'm on the road, I want to know my vehicle is safe to drive without worry; with Bel Air Honda covering my back, I can do that. More

When my work was completed she went over the work done and suggested repairs that needed to be done. She said that these repairs could be done now since my car was here, however at this time I didn't have the time to spare and that I would make a future appointment to take care of these repairs. She smiled and thanked me and said she would be looking forward to my. coming in again to take care of what had been suggested. She made my visit pleasant instead of a trying experience. When I first arrived Tom was very nice and politely greeted me. I proceeded with telling him that I was in need of an oil change. This was my first time having my car serviced since I first bought it a greeted me. I proceeded with telling him that I was in need of an oil change. This was my first time having my car serviced since I first bought it and both Tom and Ben made it a wonderful experience for me. Ben was nice enough to explain that my tires needed to be rotated so he went ahead and did that as well as clean out my cabin filter which he further explained was very dirty. Ben proceeded to explain that it was okay for now but it was recommended to be replaced at the next oil change. Afterwards Tom gave me information on how much it would cost and that it would be a quick process. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend for others to get their car serviced at Bel Air Honda as well. More

She is very knowledgeable o been taking them to Bel Air Honda for 10+ years. Over that time, Chrissy Richmond has been the primary Service Advisor. She is very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and has always treated our family in a very professional and friendly manner. She goes out of her way to make sure that we are satisfied with our service and it is done correctly. My wife is very comfortable with her and prefers to deal with her. She is a major reason why we keep returning to have our vehicles serviced at Bel Air Honda. I will say that the other service reps have been helpful also when Chrissy was not available . More
