She is definitely a huge asset to Bel Air Honda Service Department, and the impact of her actions bring credit to her, the Service Department, and the entire dealership! I feel very good about bringing my car in for service when it's due since I'd rather pay for routine maintenance than deal with BIG, unexpected expenses I'd have to pay for not getting routine maintenance. My son now owns the 2004 Accord V-6 coupe I bought new at Bel Air Honda. I saw to it that recommended service was done during the time I owned it. I constantly got compliments on how well it looked and performed - people were amazed it was a 2004! Before he took ownership, I asked Chrissy Richmond what I should have done so my son wouldn't have to deal with any issues for at least two years. The services Chrissy recommended were performed, as well as the purchase of new Michelin tires. Yes, Bel Air Honda sells tires at prices that compete very well with any tire outfit around here! The service at Bel Air Honda is excellent. I came in for an oil change and Chrissy came over to greet me immediately. Whenever I bring my Honda in for service, if I don’t see Chrissy or she is busy with an an oil change and Chrissy came over to greet me immediately. Whenever I bring my Honda in for service, if I don’t see Chrissy or she is busy with another customer, I will always wait for her. She always lets me know when the Honda is due for the next service. The service was excellent. I came in for an oil change. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home. When I pulled into the dock, Chrissy came over right away. When I expressed concern about the numb I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home. When I pulled into the dock, Chrissy came over right away. When I expressed concern about the number of cars I saw, Chrissy assured me the was plenty of time to get the oil change. She was right. It didn't take long and the price was lower than the coupon. When I asked Chrissy about what other services my car was scheduled for, she went to the computer and checked into everything that had been done. I did not purchase my vehicle from Bel Air Honda, but have been taking it to them for service since I moved to the area. The service people are always kind and attentive. Visited dealership with busted mirror Chrissy ordered me a new one,gave me an estimate price and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived at 7:30am and was back home at 8:45am plus I had the oil chan a new one,gave me an estimate price and made an appointment for the next day. Bruce provided exceptional service while servicing two cars for me. The was service for a door actuator and brakes along with and oil service. The time to program the key did not take as long as originally estimated and it was checked twice before leaving to be sure it was programmed correctly. During the coordination of working on two cars. Bruce kept me informed of the estimated repairs, the cost and when the cars would be complete. This is all that I can ask for when having work done on my cars. More
