Bel Air Honda makes a substantial investment in tools, equipment and training necessary to repair vehicles quickly and efficiently. We are required to have updated tools and equipment. We are obligated to train our technicians appropriately. The local repair shop doesn’t have to invest in their people and equipment. Therefore, the cost to repair the customer’s car may be less, in some cases…however it is always less expensive to fix the vehicle the first time as opposed to paying a second repair shop to repair it, after the first shop failed to repair the vehicle.
