I was raised with the philosophy "There is no second chance for a first impression". . But, what happens on the following visits? Whether I was getting service, looking at car with the kids, walking through the lot wishing for that shiny new Honda I have only experienced world class customer service EVERY TIME. Friendly smiles, family oriented, knowledgeable professionals that are really honest. I just bought my second Honda from Bel Air Honda and I am confident that I will not see them often enough for them to remember me, but I will Always receive the finest in the world class service fromm this dealership. 185K mile service I purchased my 2004 Pilot new at a dealer that no longer exists. 10 years and 185k miles later it is still a great vehicle because I keep great record I purchased my 2004 Pilot new at a dealer that no longer exists. 10 years and 185k miles later it is still a great vehicle because I keep great records as a retired Army mechanic and the honest, good work of the people at Bel Air Honda. By phone I described to Xavier what I wanted done 2 weeks ago and today that work was done and it was under the estimate and I was in and out in 90 minutes for this major service. Chrissy was efficient and friendly. I will buy my next vehicle here not for a great deal but for the great service department that I have used for the past 5 years and hopefully for many more. Friendly service I went in for an oil change, brake inspection, and multi-point inspection. I thought I needed to get the brake fluid changed since I've had the car f I went in for an oil change, brake inspection, and multi-point inspection. I thought I needed to get the brake fluid changed since I've had the car for 3 years. The service advisor checked my records and informed me that service had been done during a previous service visit. She did recommend a fuel system service, power steering flush, tires and alignment. I agreed to the fuel system and power steering flush and these services were done quickly. Since it was Wednesday, I received my "ladies" discount. My car was washed before I left. The next day I noticed that on of my magnets was missing from the back and called to see if it had fallen off in the car wash. Angela, I think that was her name, gladly checked and found it and is mailing it back to me. I don't think too many places would have done that. More

nice but expensive my vehicle had been serviced a few months ago at a local shop for the same issue. they didn't fix the issue properly since my car started acting up ag my vehicle had been serviced a few months ago at a local shop for the same issue. they didn't fix the issue properly since my car started acting up again within 3 months. however, at least their prices were more reasonable. labor was $250! thats more than the local shop charged for the parts and labor. that just seems high for me. especially considering they are part of a dealer. aren't they making enough money selling cars to make their labor prices a little more reasonable? More
