Another Great Experience with Chrissy at Bel Air Honda I noticed an issue with my air conditioning as I was driving home and called Bel Air Honda. Chrissy answered the phone and suggested I stop by and they would take a quick look at it. I arrived at Bel Air Honda, and she cheerfully greeted me quickly checked me in. They were able to determine and fix the issue in less than an hour. While they were working on my car, Chrissy reviewed the service history and recall notices to make sure nothing else was needed at this visit. When service was competed, she then went over the paper work and walked me to the check out counter and I was quickly on my way. More

Automatic doors on a monsoon of a day lik Today I decided to finally go in for my 2011 Honda Accord's 90k mile service. Let me start off by saying 1.) Automatic doors on a monsoon of a day like today was key 2.) Staff awaiting arrival to start promptly 3.) Clean pre-services room; all make a difference. Brittany was my service representative for my service upon arrival. I listed out a plethora of items I needed worked on for this phase of service (oil change, transmission flush, power steering flush, power window master switch replacement, interior light bulb replacement...amongst other things) Having obvious intimate knowledge of my models workings, she was able to decifer the automobiles neccessary components w/out service tech and was willing to go out of her way to research prices for parts for me while I waiting on my service, which helped me spend time on my laptop working on the free wifi. After providing me prices and service recommendations, I was able to confirm all services and was in/out in a jiffy.... without the jiffylube issues. I would continue to recommend this dealership for any and all services. At no point was I told I needed services that were not needed (infact complete opposite in past cases). I did infact purchase my car at this dealership in 2010. Will continue to service my automobile at this dealership. Thanks again for your help Brittany! More

Car not Running My car had broken down and had to be towed from a previous auto repair shop to BelAir Honda. Reason being the previous shop could not locate issue.
