I totally trust Rick's opinion as I have bought several cars from hIm but never utilized the service dept. at Belair Honda. I am totally satisfied and glad that I have used the service dept. each time it was needed including simple oils changes. My last visit, the service advisor was Chrissy Richmond. She was wonderful to work with and kept me informed as to the service that was being performed. She was courteous, knowledgeable and even though very busy, she took the time needed for me. What did they do to my car? I brought my 2006 Honda Accord to Bel Air Honda for the power steering hose recall and an oil change. Soon after I picked up my car it started leakin I brought my 2006 Honda Accord to Bel Air Honda for the power steering hose recall and an oil change. Soon after I picked up my car it started leaking power steering fluid which it wasn't doing before the recall was performed. So I took my car back to Bel Air Honda and now the power steering pump needed to be replaced at a cost of almost $500. My car has low mileage at $66,000 and didn't have any problems at all until the recall was performed. I don't believe in consequences as the service advisor stated. Why did the power steering pump have to be replaced after the power steering pump hose was replaced for the Honda recall? Even though the staff is very friendly, I will not be using Bel Air Honda for any future service needs. More

Paint defect woes Brought in a 2009 Honda Civic LX for a warranty defect in the paint . Had to wait 6 months for an appointment. The car was sent off property for the work to be done. After a week without a car we received our car back. The places re painted looked okay but the doors (where it wasn't re painted ) were trashed. They sanded those areas in spots and it is very noticeable . The windshield was also sanded as well as the side mirrors . It is very noticeable. Brought the car back to Bel Air Honda only to be handed to autobody shop phone number and be told it's not our problem. I dropped it off at Honda and picked it up at Honda how can it not be their problem..........now I'm getting a run around from the auto body shop. Very disappointed from the dealership and we bought the car there..........don't recommend! More
Horrible Service Last Wed (5-14/14) I took my CRV for the10,000 mile check up and to complain a second time about fluid leaking from my car. At first oil change they Last Wed (5-14/14) I took my CRV for the10,000 mile check up and to complain a second time about fluid leaking from my car. At first oil change they said there was no leak. Now they said I need a new transmission. Transmission ordered and put in the car by Tuesday. Went in to pick up car and drove about ten minutes away and had no air conditioning. Went right back to shop and sat for 2 hrs. and they told me it might be electrical system problem, they would call me the next day . I have not heard from them today which is Wed a full week now. I have not had a good experience with this service center yet. When I bought the car we had them install a rear spoiler with brake light bar. After driving for awhile it came to our attention the light on spoiler was not working. Again I sat there 2 hrs. and they said it was fixed. Went home and it still did not work and it was left apart in the back of car. I called and they said that they ordered the light. Why did I sit there for so long. Went back got light fixed finally. Next time I went in for 1st oil change and that is when I complained about leak. They said there was no leak. All this time driving it probably needed a new transmission at this point. Luckily nothing happen. Now I am upset that when I picked up car yesterday the air condition was not working. I feel when they did the transmission work they damaged the electrical system, since the air did work when I brought it in. I am now very concerned about not even getting a call to tell me the problem today. Now I am scared of the safety of the car if other things are damaged in the system. I have always liked Hondas, I almost changed when purchasing this car but this car looks to me like it will be a lot of problems. I will not use this service center anymore. I come down from PA which is quite the distance and only hope the service center in York will be much better. I feel that the mechanics are missing a lot here. I will be writing to someone higher up in Honda I am not satisfied at all with this car. Mary Gemmill More
