My service advisor is Jim McHugh and I would never go to anybody else! He makes sure I totally understand what my vehicle needs and works out the best prices for me with available discounts and coupons. He anybody else! I was told that I would receive two free oil changes when I bought my car. Nobody mentioned that there was a SIX MONTH time limit to use BOTH oil changes. Who is burning so much oil that they need two oil ch I bought my car. Nobody mentioned that there was a SIX MONTH time limit to use BOTH oil changes. Who is burning so much oil that they need two oil changes in 6 months?! Also, 70 bucks to change a 10 dollar cabin air filter (after you’ve already removed it to take a picture of it) is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back for anything. There are plenty of mechanics in the area that won’t gouge their customers. With the insane markups on vehicles lately, what’s the point of nickel and diming your preexisting customers over basic maintenance?? Oh well, there goes another one. More
