SERVICE I HAD STOPPED COMING TO THE HONDA DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR ME AND SOME WORK RECOMMENDED WAS NOT NECESSARY AT THE TIME. HE WAS SO VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN LANGUAGE I COULD UNDERSTAND.... I AM A NURSE...NOT AN AUTO MECHANIC! HE SAW TO IT THAT I GOT THE BEST PRICE AND HONEST SERVICE OFFERED. Another stellar service appointment Stopped in prior to work for express service oil change. I was greeted by Chrissy who quickly checked me in and directed me to the waiting area and co Stopped in prior to work for express service oil change. During the inspection, they noticed that tires were out of alignment and brakes pads were in need of replacement. Both were fixed quickly and I was on my way. I have 3 Hondas and they are all serviced by Bel Air Honda. I have been going there for over 11 years and have always been treated very well. More
