Great customer service and work. My service rep, Chrissy Richmond, is great to work with. She has helped me since I purchased my 2007 Accord at that dealership in March 2007. She not only knows car, but she is very sympathetic and helpful in working within my budget limitations. (We are retired and on fixed incomes.). She is an outstanding rep. I have only 2 regreats: 1) After this review, she may get so populart that she won't have time for me. (joke), and 2) It will be hard to find as good a service rep when we move to Florida next year. More

Pilot check engine light After contacting the dealership about engine light problem, I made an appointment for Friday at 9:00a.m.. When I arrived I was greeted and my car was taken to have the problem checked. I asked if the car would be ready by 3:30p.m. I received a call around 2:30 and was told the car was ready. When I arrived I was informed what work was done and what would be the next step if the problem reoccurred . I was very pleased with the service and all of the people I encountered. I was especially pleased with Chrissy Richmond because she made sure I was pleased with the work that was done. She also noticed the car had not been washed and she took it upon herself to make sure it was done before I left the dealership. Thank you for making the experience painless . More

Poor Service on a 1st time oil change Came in for my free oil change because I bought my car from your dealership. I had 5725 miles on my 2014 Accord w/ 40% oil life left. I inquired about rotating my tires as I was close to 6,000 miles (I work in a retail tire company) was told that's not free. Of course not why wouldn't you take care of me the first time maybe I would return to get my vehicle service since it's new. Nope Chrissy said sorry it's not free. I declined to pay for abtire rotation so I waited for my oil change was about 45 minutes, Chrissy called me to the counter and said I was done and that they toped all my fluids off and air pressure. Really you toped all my fluids the only one needed was the washer fluid. If any other fluids were low then either I have a leak or it was not prep correctly when I bought the car 2 months prior. She then proceeded to tell me about a survey that will be emailed to me and she stated please fill out as it helps her out and anything less then excellent is a failure. Well I don't like to be told please do this survey. And just like my company does a survey we don't tell our customers because we want a real snap shot of our business. What she did was coaching for a good score. Sobi get to my car and I leave, bad mistake as I was driving I looked at the oil change reminder and it showed to return on 9/24/14 or 8425. My miles were 5725. Is this a new oil change service for 2700 miles?? I have full synthetic oil?? Again I was confused, so I looked at the invoice Chrissy keyed in the wrong miles she put down 5425. So I go back and I'm told by service manager oh they have 2 machines for oil change stickers 3,000 and 7,500 miles. Well why in the world would you put a sticker in the window when he and the sales person states I want to go by the oil life percentage. Well like I said I'm in the field and know about all this, they tried to explain to me like I'm an idiot. And as far as the tire rotation was told again by service manager its not it free unless I bought the package. Unreal on how I was treated. What if I was not in the field or my wife brought this car in and was treated like this they or her and including me will never return to BelAir Honda. I have other Honda dealers to service my car and I really hope this is not practiced in all Honda Dealers... More

The people I spoke with were very polite and professional. They answered my questions about what was involved in the A13 maintenance , and how long it would take. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted right away. Brittany was helping me. She was very courteous and efficient. She told me to enjoy some coffee and cookies while I was waiting, since I declined the offer of a loaner car. The fresh, home-baked cookies were excellent! They were a delicious treat to enjoy while I read the paper. I rely on Bel Air Honda for all my maintenance needs. They are great to deal with! More
