No matter what the service, they make sure that it gets completed in a thorough yet efficient manner. I always ask for Chrissy Richmond, Senior Service Advisor at Bel Air Honda. She always explains everything to me and she keeps me updated on the progress of repairs by sending me text messages. I feel that I always get a fair price and the maintenance is always done right. Chrissy and Bel Air Honda stand behind their work. Thank you Chrissy for all you do for me and in helping me keep my two Honda vehicles in top mechanical shape. More
Fixing tire pressure warning My new CR-V quickly developed a problem with the tire pressure warning indicator and I had it checked/fixed at the first full service work done. At My new CR-V quickly developed a problem with the tire pressure warning indicator and I had it checked/fixed at the first full service work done. At that time, the problem was "fixed" by lowering the pressure in each tire. Within a few days and less than 100 miles driven, the warning light came back on. A week after the first service call, I returned to Bel Air Honda for another "fix". This time the "fix" was a software upgrade. Even after this upgrade I was told the warning light could still come on periodically. If so, this will be bothersome. It seems that Honda should find a good fix to the problem and inform customers in advance of this issue. More

The first thing we n My husband and I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord a few months ago and just took it to Bel Air Honda for our first FREE oil change. The first thing we noticed was how clean and welcoming the Service Department looks. After pulling into the service bay, a gentleman walked up to the vehicle, opened the door, scanned the vehicle's barcode with an iPad (very cool) and said "Hello Mr. Hammen, how can I help you today?" The mechanic changed the oil, completed a multi point inspection of the vehicle and washed it :). After the service was completed, I received an email From Mr. Hamilton with the multi-point inspection and automobile status report. This is a great added bonus for doing business with Bel Air Honda! I'll definitely continue to service both my Accord and Pilot at Bel Air Honda! More
Routine Service I bought my car from Bel Air Honda and took it there for its second oil change - and this time - tire rotation. Cost was ~$65.00. That seems expensi I bought my car from Bel Air Honda and took it there for its second oil change - and this time - tire rotation. Cost was ~$65.00. That seems expensive to me for an oil change and tire rotation, but not out of this world expensive. I brought it in for service @ 10:15am and it was ready @ 12:33pm (they estimated it would be ready @ 11:50am). Personally, I think 2 hours and 15 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation is ludicrous. But, it didn't matter much to me since my wife picked me up and we had brunch. If I was waiting for the car, I probably would have been a little miffed. But, I'd rather them actually do the work right and take over 2 hours than not do the job right or do it at all. Other dealerships, not mentioning names, but let's just call them Boyota consistently didn't change the oil filter. Customer service was great though. I was welcomed right away, the person was more than friendly, and when I came to pickup the car after service was completed, the customer service continued to be great. Again, I was met right away, with a smile, and was processed quickly. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership. The only negative thing that I could say is the time it took to complete routine service - but again, I'd rather the service be done right and take a little longer than vice versa. More
