Always a pleasant experience! I brought my 2013 Accord V-6 Coupe in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Ms. Chrissi Richmond, the new Assistant Service Manager, w I brought my 2013 Accord V-6 Coupe in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Ms. Chrissi Richmond, the new Assistant Service Manager, who assigned Mr. JR Hamilton, who recently transferred from sales to service, to be my service advisor. I have been dealing with Chrissi for years whenever I took my car in for service or repairs. Mr. Hamilton is personable, professional, and always has a smile on his face! He took care of the details and saw to it that I was happy with my visit. While waiting for my car, I usually walk around the showroom and see what's new and which cars are on the floor. Mike Reinsfelder, who sold my car to me in April 2013, enthusiastically gave me a tour of the new models and pointed out all the innovations for the 2015 model year cars at Bel Air Honda. Always a pleasant experience, I look forward to chatting with the friendly, professional folks there. More

My technician, Jason Ray I brought my 2003 Honda Odyssey in last week for an oil change. There was absolutely no pressure to have anything else done. My technician, Jason Ray, came out personally to let me know that the service was completed and all was well. He also gave me a heads-up that within the next year I will need to get the belts changed and the approx. cost. I really appreciated the personal service he provides for every repair done on my car.
