Half Staff on Saturday A scheduled oil change on Saturday took almost 2.5 hours to complete because they were "short staffed." That's when everyone has time to get their car in for service. It made Jiffy Lube look a little more appealing for my next oil change. Sounds like the service department and the scheduling department need to have a meeting. J.R. was helpful and good to work with. He kept me calm and was apologetic for the experience. More
Stupid Took my 2008 Honda Fit in because something was stuck in my blower. This was a charge of $110, to basically remove my glove box…..There was nothing wrong with my car. I understand this still involved "work" and they obviously should get paid but $110???!?!?!?!? But honestly you come tell from the start it was something stuck in there yet they said they needed to hook my car up to a computer to test it?? Ridiculous. You could tell even the cashier and dealers who helped me out felt a little guilty about the charge. Cashier said if I had any other issues to bring it back right away. I personally will NEVER EVER go there again. I also asked them to put air in my tires because my light was on. They FORGOT and I had to remind them to do this as I was leaving. I mean honestly something this simple job of $110 they couldn't remember to put air in my tires??? The whole situation was just weird and I was never compensated for anything. Like I said I understand they need to get paid and I didn't mind paying for the service but $110. After I left the dealership, we had to return because it wasn't even properly fixed. I believe the manager handle things with my mother which was nice but honestly…. BOTTOM LINE= I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER if they would have cut me a little slack since the task was extremely simple, maybe charged me $70-80 I would have been happy. But instead they charged me $110 and lost ALLLLLLL future business from me and my boyfriend who both owe Hondas. Also, the fact that it WASNT even properly fixed when I left is ridiculous…… More
Great Service The oil change light came on, and I call to make appointment. In addition to the oil change light, a code "A16" also displayed on the dash board. JR The oil change light came on, and I call to make appointment. In addition to the oil change light, a code "A16" also displayed on the dash board. JR showed me a maintenance list and explained the codes to me. I was glad to know that it's time to change the differential fluid so I had that done as well. JR was very professional, and I did not feel pressured like many other places. I was able to apply a service coupon for the differential fluid change. I'll be back and please keep those coupons coming! Thanks! More

Recommended Service I brought my Honda CRV in for service because my service light came on :A123 at 56.6K miles which is what I scheduled. The service writer wanted me to receive a 60K mile service for $500. I said that I did not want the 60 K service, I wanted the A123 service which was listed for about $250. The writer insisted on the 60 K service. I declined and only received the Oil service. I will probably go elsewhere for continued service. More

We can't stop coming back to Bel Air Honda after dealing with Rick Tassone. We bought several cars from him (great deals) and now continue to call him when we need our CRV serviced. He sent us Rick Frank's way; after a tire rotation and oil change, we noticed the car ran better than before. Rick Tassone chatted with my wife while she waited (not a long wait either) to help pass the time. All in all, another nice experience. We'll be back again. More
