Thank you for the feedback. We investigated the service visit. The vehicle came in with 2 intermittent concerns that initially could not be duplicated. As part of a status follow up call, our service manager received additional information from the customer, who is a technician elsewhere and had already started some diagnostics on his own. It was agreed to continue testing throughout the day. The concern with the key fob was finally duplicated and part was ordered. The customer agreed to demonstrate the other concern, but then cancelled and picked up the vehicle without pursuing. Due to the holidays, there was a delay in the order process and delivery of the part. The car wash was completed on the initial visit and should have been washed on the return visit but wasn't in error. We strive to make sure every service visit exceeds our customers expectation. We apologize this did not happen. Please accept our apology and contact our service manager for further handling.

We apologize for your dissatisfaction. We investigated the brake situation and found the brakes measured fine on the one side at 5/32 and low on the other side at 1/32. This condition is abnormal and is usually caused by the brakes not releasing fully on the side that measured the lowest. The technician explained that although the calipers checked fine, it was discovered the brake pads themselves were binding in the caliper which caused the condition. Due to the time required to complete the job, it was mentioned that even though the technician was due to go home at 6pm, he would stay to take care of the customer. The vehicle arrived at 5:43pm and left a 7:14pm. At no time did anyone do or say anything that was felt to be unprofessional or derogatory in nature. We sincerely apologize that it was perceived to be the case.
