He went out of his way to do everything he could to make my experience as painless as possible. He also did what he could to control costs but one can only do so much with dealer cost. I will say that I'm not used to dealer hourly labor rates and parts costs but there's not a whole lot that can be done for that. I have a 2009 Acura TSX and I have been to several Honda/Acura dealerships in the MD, DE area for service returning with a bad experience (ridiculous I have a 2009 Acura TSX and I have been to several Honda/Acura dealerships in the MD, DE area for service returning with a bad experience (ridiculous pricing, unnecessary service recommendations, poor customer service). There was a point where I was planning to sell away my Acura and move to some other brand. I did a lot of searching for reviews online and zeroed this dealership down and I was not disappointed.It was the complete opposite with Belair Honda! It was great working with Richard and I was greatly impressed with the service provided. He provided all the information I needed with patience and he was very courteous. I also was offered competitive and reasonable pricing. Kudos to him and the team!! More

Upon purchasing my brand new 2015 civic si I traveled around to different dealers and test driving different vehicles. At Bel-Air Honda they got me into the car I wanted at exactly the rate I wanted and have since touched base to check in on my satisfaction with my purchase. When I went to get the oil changed for the first time the service was no different. All of the staff was extremely friendly and got my car in and out in a very timely manner. When the car was complete the technician named "Matt" offered to answer a couple questions I had pertaining to the car and provided me with very good explanations. More
Avoid this place! Dropped my brand new car off (less than 500 miles on it and over 1/2 a tank of gas) for installation of a remote starter. When I picked it up the next day, there were over 800 miles on it and it was short on gas. Someone apparently had a grand time cruising around in my car, but nobody there seems to know what happened. After some preliminary discussion over a week ago, they have yet to contact me with any sort of explanation and the whole issue seems to have been swept under the rug. I"ll be taking my car elsewhere for service. More

It's ALWAYS efficient, catered to fit my schedule and great prices even if I don't have the oil change coupon!! This was my first experience with Richard Frank. He was just as wonderful to work with. My car needed spark plugs. I was quoted a price for 4 plugs. When Frank looked at the estimated, he said,"Wait a minute. It's a hybrid. I think it takes 8 plugs". He knows his cars. Yes, it took 8 BUT since I was already quoted a price and they had made the error, I was only charged for 30 minutes labor instead of an hour to compensate. I saved $110 overall. Top 10 rating. More
