Made our service appointment online for the 10K mile service with an oil change. Not sure what 10K service was to be done as the website does not specify. The only service that was completed was the oil change along with the fluid top off. We dropped our car off the night before. The service tech that did the intake asked for a phone # to call when the service was completed and what time did we want to be called. We gave our cellphone # and said we wanted to be notified as soon as the work was completed as we had plans for the day. The tech said 'how about 10am' as our service appointment was for 9AM. We said sure. We decided to go to the dealership and wait for the car. We arrived to find the car outside the service area. The car was finished at 8am that morning (as noted on the service paperwork). What happened to the phone call when finished? We thought maybe the service area called the home phone # but no - no message at home either. More

Oil Change I had an appointment for my first oil change and came in about 15 minutes early for it. Everyone was very friendly. I appreciate they have a toy room so my 3 year old was occupied. The reason my overall experience was only average is because my car wasn't ready for an hour and a half. All I had done was an oil change and a tire rotation. Thankfully my child was in a good mood or else I would have been a lot less patient. I appreciate that the first oil change is free but I had also been led to believe that it also included an exterior cleaning and the car was not washed. Since we had been there for a very long time already, I did not raise the issue. More

On 2/18 I brought the car in because all of the warning lights on the dash lit up, Engine, steering wheel, etc. The salesman told me to bring the car in. The lights were lit when I checked in, the woman who checked me in saw the lights. After about a hour wait a man came out and said when they looked at the car the lights were not lit, no one and they had no idea what caused it. I went on line and found posts that other people had trouble with this. I paid cash for a new car, I would like to know if it has a defect. I did not take down the name of the employee Anita S. Oil Change I came in after work because my oil change light came on. I didn't even know I had an oil change light. I pulled into the garage and was quickly greeted by an employee who took my information. I was recommended a tire rotation, which I agreed to. I was told it would be about an hour. It wasn't an hour, it was quicker. I waited in a comfortable area with delicious fresh baked cookies and a tv to watch. The area was clean. Everyone I met that day was smiling and friendly. I left in a freshly washed car with a smile on my face. Thanks to every smiling face on that day. More
