Catalytic converter problem Came in for routine oil change and Jim took care of me. Mentioned an odor from emissions which I noticed when I pull in garage. He immediately check Came in for routine oil change and Jim took care of me. Mentioned an odor from emissions which I noticed when I pull in garage. He immediately checked it out for me and confirmed what I noticed. He then took it upon himself to have the technician check out the catalytic converter while I was there. When they confirmed problem, Jim contacted Honda and. got approval to order new parts and repair my car. He saved me a second appt for diagnosis by having all this accomplished while I was there. I set up a later appt (yesterday) to have the new catalytic converter installed. He called ahead of time to let me know when the car would be ready. Jim was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to check on what I felt as not normal. He could not have been more helpful or made me feel more comfortable and at ease. More
