Mr. Davie was Great in facilitating my Grandsons minor repairs one day after purchase and before 30day warranty! I was told by previous associates before reaching out to Mr. Davie that additional expense repairs one day after purchase and before 30day warranty! I was told by previous associates before reaching out to Mr. Davie that additional expense may occur if beyond MD State inspection?? Which did NOT sit well with me! A couple weeks later I had my mechanic shop of 30yrs go over my 2012 GS Honda CrV! Once again I called Mr. Davie-with the assistance of shop manager-Christina-the minor issues were resolved! Kyle was extremely pushy on trying to sell the extended warranties. Visibly showing anger. At one point he said "If you can afford to buy the car in cash, you should be able to afford the extra warranty". I was speechless. Someone please provide customer service training to Kyle. More
