I was looking at a specific car in their inventory. Another dealer, in response to an inquiry, stated that they did not see that car in anyone's inventory. So I followed up with Kyle, even putting the Another dealer, in response to an inquiry, stated that they did not see that car in anyone's inventory. So I followed up with Kyle, even putting the VIN # in the email, to verify that the car was there. Response was "Yes, it is here". Guess what? Yeah, you got it, a 100 miles to get there to find not only was the car not there they could not even keep the story straight on what the car looked like. Even they would have had something close to what I was looking for, it would have salvaged the experience. I will never buy a car from this dealer, nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
