The sales manager and Lan were very friendly, however that does not get you a new vehicle. I spent most of a Saturday with them leaving with the thought that I would be purchasing a car the following we that does not get you a new vehicle. No one had contacted me about the financing. When I went in at what I had thought was my appointment time, Lan was not there. When she arrived, there were no available desks. It seemed I caught everyone off guard. I will not recommend Bel Air Honda to any friends. More

This was the first new car purchase for my husband and I and the sales associate Mike Dowdy as well as all the associates at the deadlership took very good care of us. we had rented a new honda crz and we had a awesome exsper linda rondo was our sales rep, she is really a nice person, she did all she could even called us the next day to see if we liked the car, ford exsper linda rondo was our sales rep, she is really a nice person, she did all she could even called us the next day to see if we liked the car, ford never did, ford did nothing but lie !!!!!!, we had a bad exper with al packer ford back in feb i tell you what not only belair honda is excellent to work with .they go outta their way to answer any question or help in anyway they can, i give them a 5 which is the highest they give on this site, compaired to al packer which is crap, buy honda dont buy ford ford left us abandoned..our next car will be hondas from now on. They got us the price we needed to stay within our budget, and despite a bump in the road (at which point my husband and I were slightly reminded of They got us the price we needed to stay within our budget, and despite a bump in the road (at which point my husband and I were slightly reminded of a bad experience from a different dealer months ago, and so had planned to conclude our interaction with Bel Air just to be on the safe side) they were able to earn our trust and bring us back, even though we were already looking out of state for the car we wanted. They pulled out all the stops to earn our trust and our business, offering us a better car than the one we'd planned to lease, for the same price that fit our budget. We were impressed at their desire to make us comfortable as their customers and we're very happy with the experience. The staff were very friendly and the car is amazing! Thank you very much for proving that our "red flags" were wrong in this instance and turning it around to make this a great experience! More

Even the man who moved the Pilot out after they waxed it was friendly and helpful. In my opinion Bel Air Honda is an outstanding organization with which to do business and I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and anyone who asks me about my new Pilot. Having purchesed 30 new cars in my lifetime (I'm now 76) my great experience at Bel Air Honda was a most pleasant surprise and was definately among the very top of the best of all my past 30 experiences. PS: Caleb Duff even called me the next afternoon to be sure I was satisfiedd with my new Pilot and told me to call him anytime with any questions or problems. Tht really impressed me! Original submission: They botched the deal for my daughter. Dallied around for 1 1/2 hours to agree on a price because they didn't want to show the offer on paper (including the taxes and fees). Had to ask a second time and they finally got around to it. Then the business manager sold her to take financing through them for 1.99% for 72 months. She already had pre-approved financing arranged through USAA for 72 months at 3.74%. They called her 2 days later to tell her that the loan didn't go through becuase they failed to check that she had not had a car loan before. The business manager did ask her if this was her first car and she answered yes. He just did not check the box in his computer. Their screw up is going to cost my daughter an additional $1031.04 in finance charges becasue she is going to have to go to another bank at a higher interest rate. Thoroughly upset becasue I recommended this dealership to her because I had a good expereince here when I bought my last car.
