Original submission: They botched the deal for my daughter. Dallied around for 1 1/2 hours to agree on a price because they didn't want to show the offer on paper (including the taxes and fees). Had to ask a second time and they finally got around to it. Then the business manager sold her to take financing through them for 1.99% for 72 months. She already had pre-approved financing arranged through USAA for 72 months at 3.74%. They called her 2 days later to tell her that the loan didn't go through becuase they failed to check that she had not had a car loan before. The business manager did ask her if this was her first car and she answered yes. He just did not check the box in his computer. Their screw up is going to cost my daughter an additional $1031.04 in finance charges becasue she is going to have to go to another bank at a higher interest rate. Thoroughly upset becasue I recommended this dealership to her because I had a good expereince here when I bought my last car.
