Went to Bel Air Honda to buy a new Civic coupe I saw on their web site the previous day. J.R. Hamilton said it had been sold, and showed me the only new one they had left in stock. Didn't like that one, so J.R. showed me some used ones. Found a 2009 Civic I liked. After some negotiation, we arrived at a price I thought was fair to both sides. J.R. was extremely helpful during the entire process, and his follow-up has been extraordinary. During one of his recent follow-up calls, we discussed some work to be done by Bel Air Honda's service department. More

I was looking at a specific car in their inventory. Another dealer, in response to an inquiry, stated that they did not see that car in anyone's inventory. So I followed up with Kyle, even putting the Another dealer, in response to an inquiry, stated that they did not see that car in anyone's inventory. So I followed up with Kyle, even putting the VIN # in the email, to verify that the car was there. Response was "Yes, it is here". Guess what? Yeah, you got it, a 100 miles to get there to find not only was the car not there they could not even keep the story straight on what the car looked like. Even they would have had something close to what I was looking for, it would have salvaged the experience. I will never buy a car from this dealer, nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
