The Best Car Experience! Nicest People Ever! Let me start this review by saying that I have been to numerous dealers throughout the years... BMW, Benz, Land Rover, Subaru, Honda, Acura, Audi... H Let me start this review by saying that I have been to numerous dealers throughout the years... BMW, Benz, Land Rover, Subaru, Honda, Acura, Audi... Have covered all the car bases! And spent lots of money. When buying a new car, you know you are going to tie yourself down financially. It's just nicer being able to do it with pleasant no fuss people! I had gone to Heritage Honda first, being that it is the closest to me. Completely unprofessional management and sales team. I am a straight shooter, and this place ain't about straight shootin! Asked their sales manager fort heir best price, and he told me shop around and come back and he would beat it! First of all I don't have that kinda time! Or that kinda patience! And that in my opinion is poor business practice! So I called up Bel Air Honda on a whim to get an idea.. And spoke to Kalvin first, he is a sales manager. And I knew after speaking with him, that I was definitely going to go up there and buy my car. He put me in contact with Chris Schroeder in sales, and he closed the deal for me. Mind you this was all done over the phone. SEVERAL times over the phone! Over a 3 week span. I was blowing them up with questions, and requests, and they answered and obliged on ALL occasions. I finally got up there last Friday, and they couldn't believe I actually existed! LOL! They most likely presumed I was a crazy lady, that was just stringing them along! Today is Monday, and my new CRV is sitting in my driveway! Andy the finance manager was equally as friendly, and Josh in finance was also awesome! I can't thank them enough for all their help, and for making this process painless! I wish all of them continued success, and look forward to sending as much business their way as possible! Thanks again guys! :-) More

waste of time and gas I went up to look at a 15' Honda civic Si yesterday . They offered my 8000 for my truck which is a joke . Then not only was the appraisal bad but the way I got treated afterwards was like a slap in the face. They were not understanding to my situation and did not seem to care to even try to help me out . Just straight here are the numbers and we can't help you come back when you have more money down . I talked to the sales manager before heading due to the fact I live a 1/2 hour away and didn't want to waste gas or time coming up to get turned away. He told me to head up they had helped plenty of people out in my situation. So I took his word and drove up and ended up leaving the dealership 2 hours later nauseated and a little disrespected after the way they handled everything . More

Very good, very prompt service Our car broke down in MD on a family vacation en route to VA from MA. We rented a car so we could enjoy our vacation. On the last day of our vacation Our car broke down in MD on a family vacation en route to VA from MA. We rented a car so we could enjoy our vacation. On the last day of our vacation we showed up at Bel Air Honda not sure how we would return home. We were really stuck, they were able to have us in a new car ready to drive back to Massachusetts in four hours. Sales and Finance Dept. were friendly, polite, and very good to work with. RUN _DO NOT WALK to any place but this dealer They sold me a used truck with an engine that was billowing smoke from the first time I started it at home. They took the vehicle for a month and retu They sold me a used truck with an engine that was billowing smoke from the first time I started it at home. They took the vehicle for a month and returned it to me dented up and the engine smoking worse. The second time I drove the vehicle after getting it back to motor blew up. Now, it's sitting in Nissan who will not honor the engine replacement based on how much sludge is in the engine. YET THIS DEALER CHANGED the OIL and was aware this engine was bad. ..................... If you buy anything new or used from these people you are screwed.... STAY AWAY............................
