STAY AWAY from the used car department!! I bought a 2007 Bmw 530xi fron the used car department on November 28th. Car had 110,000 miles, clean carfax, seemed to be in great condition. I admit I bought a 2007 Bmw 530xi fron the used car department on November 28th. Car had 110,000 miles, clean carfax, seemed to be in great condition. I admit I did not inspect the car 100% because I heard it was a good dealership and trusted them. It was raining and was dark at the time that I bought the car. I did get to see it under lights when the salesman pulled it up for me. Didnt notice anything that would turn me away. I did purchase the car that night for $10,200 cash off the lot with tax and tags included. The next day I noticed that the windshield wipers needed replaced and the sunroof did not close after being opened so I called the dealership and they asked me to bring it up to take a look at it and so they could try and fix the problem. They replaced the wipers no problem then told me that they would not fix the sunroof that I would have to pay $290 for parts from Bmw and that they would then fix it. I was told that I got the car for a "deal" and that they would be losing money by paying for the parts. The salesman Mike Logsdon could see how frustrated I was so went to talk to the managers again. He came back and said they would split the cost with me for the parts. I still didnt think it was right so Mike Logsdon went and talked to a different manager whom finally agreed to fix the sunroof at zero cost to me. Came back that weekend after parts came in and had it fixed, also told the salesman that the car had been smoking out of the grill. I was told it was probably fron the rain hitting the hot radiator. A few days had passed and it had finally stopped raining, and I noticed the whole passenger side had been repainted. I could only tell this after the weather had cleared up. The manager said I could trade into something else but no refunds. There was nothing on the lot I liked at my price range so I decided to stay in the Bmw. That same day I noticed the car smoking from the radiator, and it was not raining. Also noticed a puddle of oil under the car as well as bad vibrations down the highway coming back home from the dealer (first time driven on highway, usually take bel air rd all the way home). I called the dealer the next day and informed them of the problems I was having. They asked me to bring it into service for them to look at. Took the 45 minute drive back to the dealership to drop the car off that day. The next day the service writer called me and left a voice mail on my phone saying "we gave your car a look and contacted used car manager Mike Dowdy to see if he would cover the repairs but he has refused to cover these and is saying that you bought a 9 year old car with 100,000 miles " then went on to tell me again that they refused to cover the repairs. I had a conversation with Mike Dowdy over the phone and he told me the oil leak, bad vibrations and other problems I am having are normal for a car this old then went on to tell me this is why he would never buy a Bmw. I also asked him if I bought all the parts to fix the problems if they would do the work, and he refused to do that as well. I now have a $5800.00 repair bill with Bmw to replace an oil pan, oil pan gasket, front axle, and reseal a front windshield that leaks. Yes I did buy a 9 year old car with 110,000 miles but I COULD HAVE bought the same car with these problems for a lot less from someone else. You go to a dealer to avoid things like this, so you feel safe with your purchase. I wish I would have gone to a different dealership. Now I am forced to dump a ton of money into this car or take a huge loss and sell it for cheap. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE BEL AIR HONDA! I have bought numerous used cars from numerous dealerships and have NEVER had a problem like this. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as typing a review on google. More

Initial interaction great - got worse at the time went on Helped my daughter buy a 2015 Honda Civic LX. Our experience with internet sales manager (Rick Mills) and first salesperson (Mike Logsdon) was great Helped my daughter buy a 2015 Honda Civic LX. Our experience with internet sales manager (Rick Mills) and first salesperson (Mike Logsdon) was great - went on a Monday night and things were smooth. On day we went to purchase, a Saturday - we got shifted to different sales person, who wasn't so great. He wanted us to commit to the deal before we were told that my daughter qualified for the 0.9% financing. After agreeing to purchase, we waited for more than 2 hours to speak with the closing person. Of course, we were the cause of the two hour wait as we wanted to make sure sure she had proper insurance and financing before proceeding with the deal. We were told that we had a 30 minute wait. Eventually, I had to ask when they were going to see us or we might have waited longer. Then the closing person tried to sell us the additional warranty information resulting in the car payments going from $292 to over $1700 per month,, did not let us review the product (we could have reviewed while waiting two hours) and in the end, he misrepresented the product (as confimred by the sales manager). We are still not sure that we got the interior and exterior protection installed (although they said that we did based on a very confusing discussion). Then the salesperson did not even help set up the car as we needed to leave to make an appointment in Baltimore - again not sure why we could not have done this while waiting for more than two hours. We spoke with the the sales manager and general manager who really did not seem to care about us, even though we more than likely will be in the marker for three new cars in the near future. In fact, they said that we were wrong and everything was our fault. In the end, we missed our late day appointment. Overall, the four and one half time from when we said yes to when we left was extremely painful. So my rating would be five stars for Rick Mills and Mike Logsdon and zero stars for the second sales person, closing person, sales manager and general manager. More

They were extremely patient and helpful as I tried to decide what car I wanted. No pressure. Nothing but good, honest help. Mike knew his stuff and was easy to work with. They worked with my schedule and made the process quick and seamless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, preowned car. They also gave me a great deal. Thank you BA Honda, I will be back! Mike, thank you for your hard work! More

I started out emailing the internet department and Jerry and Rick were very informative and straightforward. This was helpful as I was coming from far out of town to get the deal on the specific make and model I wanted. My salesman was Mike Logsdon and he was very friendly and accommodating. We ran into a couple minor snags in the process and he went out of his way to make them right with no argument or excuses. Finally Josh in finance was the best finance guy I've ever dealt with. He knew his stuff without ever making me feel annoyed or like I was being talked down to. Believe me some finance departments can really beat you down but Josh was 100% respectful and straightforward. Overall I'd recommend this dealer. Everyone gets anxious with the car buying process but as far as dealerships go this purchase couldn't have been any easier. Thanks, I love my vehicle so far. More

zero helpful This dealership is probably okay for other services but if it is not a regular thing do not expect they will go above and beyond to help you. Inspecti This dealership is probably okay for other services but if it is not a regular thing do not expect they will go above and beyond to help you. Inspection failed only by a couple percents at another automotive place because of the tint. Since we bought the car new at a Honda dealership in Texas and we didn't add tint to it I came to this dealership for help. At first they suggested I contact the dealership in Texas... when I asked them if they could recheck the tint since it was off only by a couple percents and they are a certified inspection station (it would take a couple of minutes, somebody could just take the tool out and do it even not bringing it to the shop). Well they said they won't do it unless I pay for the whole new inspection (which is $112 by the way) another service representative said Maybe it would cost $50 just to recheck. Nobody even came out to look at the car. Zero helpfulness, bad representation of Honda and taking care of the customers. We own two Hondas and they have always been serviced at Honda dealerships. Could have they helped? I felt like they just didn't want to deal with it. More
