When he tells you he cares about you he is not joking. The first time he said it I was thinking yea yea sales guy but before, during and after sales this dude follows up more than anyone I've ever bought a car from. Actually I've never had anybody else ever follow up on anything let alone help with any issues that I have had. Ed literally goes above and beyond. Peter Ikotun was also the friendliest and most straightforward finance guy I've ever worked with. He laid out my options and didn't try to over sell me on things I was not interested in. Though thanks to Baltimore roads I did email him later lamenting that maybe I should have taken his tire and wheel protection after all. haha The experience with these guys was such a positive one that it helped me pull the trigger early and I came back and upgraded my wife's Odyssey to the 2018 one, and I was kind of hoping she'd stop playing with my new car but it didn't work. In fact, I arrived with one Honda model in mind and instead fell in love with a different, more expensive model. Noah worked tirelessly to keep my payments where I wanted them to be (not an easy feat since I fell in love with a pricier car), did an excellent job explaining all the new features of my new car (important since my previous vehicle was from the dark ages/2002), brought much-needed humor and levity to what is typically a stressful experience, and had me walking out the door, new car keys in hand, with a giant smile on my face.
