New Civic Purchase I recently purchased a Civic EX from Peter Ikotun at Bel Air Honda. Peter was friendly and very helpful in answering my questions about the various models of Civics. I test drove a Civic EX on a Saturday and talked with Peter a few days later to say I was interested in an EX. Peter had everything ready when I came in again. Coming to an agreement on a price was painless; I felt I got a good price (based on research I'd done). The purchase process went quickly and the car was in excellent condition. Peter Ikotun I walked into Bel Air Honda on Feb 16 2014 and I was very wary of walking into a dealership. I met Peter Ikotun that afternoon and he was the friendl I walked into Bel Air Honda on Feb 16 2014 and I was very wary of walking into a dealership. I met Peter Ikotun that afternoon and he was the friendliest and nicest sales guy I have ever met. He immediately let us test drive a Honda Accord (which is what I wanted to try out). After the test drive, we sat down to negotiate prices and the model that I wanted (LX) was not available but he was willing on the LX Sport. We were not able to come to an agreement that day but we were able to have a very civil conversation the next day and I signed off on the LX Sport. Peter handled all my paperwork (registration, tax/tags and helped with the Honda Financing process). It was quite painless and I would recommend any buyer to check out Bel Air Honda and talk to Peter. After the sale, we had some issues with the Tire Pressure Monitoring system (TPMS) and he took care of the issue and had my car washed. I will be going back for my oil change this week and Peter was kind enough to schedule the first oil change for me. In short, I had a great experience with Peter and would recommend him highly. I think he takes genuine care of his customers and keeps in touch via emails and text messaging. More

New Car After 11 yrs I was in the market for a new Automobile after owning my present vehicle for 11 years and getting very low gas mileage partly due to the fact it was a I was in the market for a new Automobile after owning my present vehicle for 11 years and getting very low gas mileage partly due to the fact it was a full size car. At this point in my life I do not need to transport grandchildren, therefore was able to entertain something smaller and more economical to operate. The FIT fit the bill, all though it is a 2013 and we are well into 2014, it was still "new" since it had never been sold. It is a fun little car to drive. Since paying cash, the whole go to the other building and "meet with the finance person", I thought was a waste of my time. More

Sales Service A short time ago my wife and I decided to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord. Since my wife must travel to work in Woodlawn, we do not want her car to have A short time ago my wife and I decided to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord. Since my wife must travel to work in Woodlawn, we do not want her car to have a lot mileage on it. I stopped into the Bel Air Honda dealership and met with Rick Tassone. Rick gave me updated information on the new Honda Accords and let me test drive a 2014 Accord. Rick was very patient and answered all of my questions. My wife expects to spend minimal time in the dealership. Rick worked with me to get all the paperwork done so my wife only had to sign the sales agreement and meet with the finance manager. I felt very comfortable working with Rick and felt the process went very smoothly. Rick showed my wife the rear view camera and that sealed the deal.
