Peter took his time to demonstrate and explain everything about the CRV I was interested in. Even though it was getting late (the dealership closes at 6pm) he did not rush me. He has a great sense of humor and made my experience totally delightful. I don't think I have ever had that much fun buying a car. He treated my friends as if they were as important to them as someone who was making a purchase from him. He was honest and upfront and I never felt pressured. By the time the deal was all put together, I felt like a Peter was part of my family. My friend's husband has a lot of experience dealing with salespeople and I am salesperson myself. Neither of us could find any fault with Peter's honesty and integrity. I would certainly recommend Bel Air Honda to all of my friends and especially Peter as the salesperson to deal with. I just hope a Peter remembers us as much as we remember him. It was a truly enjoyable experience. More

Rick was Great! Rick did a great job. He was very friendly and responded to our requests. The reason for the 4 in customer service had nothing to do with Rick. We Rick did a great job. We took the time to fill out a credit application. The finance department sent Rick back with a different quote. We weren't able to work with that quote and Rick promptly called the finance guy back who told me the second rate he gave us was worst case scenario and he could probably get us a better rate. (Second rate was better than first, but was still worst case scenario???). If I take the time to fill out the application, I should have the best possible rate brought to me and not have to wait any longer. Overall, Rick was fantastic. The finance department needs to work on stop playing games and wasting customer's time. I will definitely recommend Rick to friends looking for a car, but I will warn them to be wary of the finance department's quotes. More

Engine Falling Out Went in for an oil change and they told my wife that if she drove away the engine would fall out of the vehicle.
