Carfax is a nice feature because it provides pictures and information on a car that fits your requested needs. My sales rep at Heritage Bel Air was Nicole Skonecki. She helped me navigate the purchase of a Honda Accord for my son and was extremely kind and helpful and did all she could to make the purchase speedy and easy.
