Wrong Car Serviced I purchased a 2017 Honda Ridgeline from another dealership and decided to have my oil changed and tires rotated at Heritage Honda Bel Air since it was I purchased a 2017 Honda Ridgeline from another dealership and decided to have my oil changed and tires rotated at Heritage Honda Bel Air since it was close to home. They agreed to perform the service at the same cost as the other dealer which was less than their advertised special. After waiting an hour (which I was told it would be) the service writer advised me my vehicle was ready, he reviewed all the paperwork including the Muiti-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist and told me once I paid my vehicle would be in the service lane. I proceeded to the service lane after paying and my vehicle was not there. I looked around outside and did not see my vehicle. I then asked the service waited and he said hold on. Then looked out the rear overhead door I saw two service employees around my vehicle and after the service writer went and spoke to them they pulled my vehicle in the service bay. The bottom line, even though I had the paperwork including the inspection checklist my vehicle was never worked on. To make matters worse, they then completed the work so quickly that when I got home and parked in the driveway for 20 minutes before leaving for an appointment there now is a 6 inch circular oil stain. If the vehicle had been properly serviced this would not have happened. Also grease finger prints all over the door and wheels. Very dissatisfied. Oh, they did give me a card for a free oil change which will probably go unused. What really hurts is I just purchased a 2018 CRV here earlier this week. Had I only known. More

They had my top-choice of car brought in from another location and waiting for me right away which was a nice surprise actually. Nicole was very laid back through the process and helped immensely, going above and beyond to help move my stuff from one car to the other, meeting me very early in the morning to fit everything into my schedule, and helped me pair my phone to the new car and everything. All of those small details made this process a breeze. I felt heard, respected, taken care of through the entire process. I didn’t think car buying could be so smooth and fair. I remember my last experience 10 years ago being very stressful but not this time. I’m really pleased with the entire experience and my car purchase. I got exactly what I wanted every step of the way. Thanks guys! More

I checked Dealer Rater to see which salesperson at Heritage was getting outstanding reviews and I sent a message to Nicole. She responded immediately. We met with her and left with a 2018 Honda CRV. Both Nicole and Chris we very professional and friendly. More
Excellent Service Manager Jim Jim is fantastic. My car had issues traveling to bWI from dE and his team Fixed it. A month later a light came on (unrelated) and he did everything to Jim is fantastic. A month later a light came on (unrelated) and he did everything to get the information to my local Honda dealership (who refused to contact heritage directly). He went as far as giving me his cell to text if I have an issue or needed help. I almost had my cater towed to bel said from newark just to deal with him and not Newark. Thank you Jim!
