Eric got us the best deal possible. Having purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Bel Air Honda we began our search at Heritage. Eric listened to what we wanted in our next family vehicle. He Having purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Bel Air Honda we began our search at Heritage. Eric listened to what we wanted in our next family vehicle. He recommended the Odyssey EX and was able to showcase all of the safety features, iPhone connectivity, and seating flexibility that were important to us. We wanted to look at the Toyota Sienna so we left Eric and his manager with the understanding that if we did choose the Honda, we would be back to work with Eric. A few text exchanges and a few days later, we felt that if we could get a great deal on our trade and if the price could be lowered on the van, that we would prefer the Odyssey EX over the Toyota Sienna. We brought in our trade and Eric worked to increase the value of the overall purchase. While it took a little more time than expected and some working back and forth with the manager (mostly on the value of the trade-in vehicle) we felt that Eric represented our case well and got us the best deal possible.
