This service department sucks Not willing to listen, charged me $200 to fix an a/c on a car that is two years old. They said it needed a charge but refused to check why. It had a slow leak from the time it was made. Now it is my issue, I paid a lot of money for this car the least the can do is give me what I paid for. I can’t get a manager to call me back and the receptionist just laughed at me and HUNG UP!!! Really, GREAT SERVICE good luck to you but I would go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Feeling like I got swindled. Bought a used vehicle in June and had to get the extended warranty. It’s now September and the vehicle needs new brake calipers. Not pads or rotors bu Bought a used vehicle in June and had to get the extended warranty. It’s now September and the vehicle needs new brake calipers. Not pads or rotors but the caliper. Was told this is not a serviceable part so they need to be replaced and that my warranty won’t cover it. So a 800-1000$ job just close to 3 months later. Haven’t even put that many miles on it. Had a great buying expierence but this service issue for sure put a damper on things. More

His management team was also very friendly and again, did not pressure us in any way, they were just available to help us in any way possible with finding the right vehicle for our needs.
