Sorry to bother you Arrived for service at scheduled time. Pulled in - 3 men looked at me like I was bothering them, no one gave direction or greeted me in any way. I had my window down but not a peep .Finally, after a few minutes a gentleman came to my car and advised me. Oil change was done in a timely manner but no multi point inspection was performed or if it was not was no relayed to me on my invoice. Listed on my invoice were items that were noted from my last oil change - a few that had already been performed. Serve dept. could use some people skills training. All of them. More
