Purchased a Van certified from this Dealership. Paint on fenders started to peal off like wrapping paper after a month of ownership. Took it back and informed them and they did NOTHING. Found out the Vehicl fenders started to peal off like wrapping paper after a month of ownership. Took it back and informed them and they did NOTHING. Found out the Vehicle was in a accident after another dealership ran the VIN. This Dealer never enclosed the van was in a accident. By the way in MD it is the law to enclose to the customer. The GM , ANDREW MILLER refused to paint the fenders for free. The worst customer service ever. Save yourself a headache and do not buy anything from here. DO NOTHING ANDREW MILLER will not do you any favors. More

I was a former Honda owner and regretted letting go of a Civic a few years ago. So I knew I wanted to go with Honda this time. I had read the reviews and knew two of Hondas were in the top 10 safest cars on the road in 2020. I also like the interior, the way Hondas drive and the mileage they're able to reach. As a mom, I didn't have a lot of time the first time I came in to meet with Michael Yim. He did an amazing job showing me potential cars that may fit my needs, answered every single question I had in a way I felt was genuine and never pressured me. I test drove three cars, looked at the interior of five cars and had questions answered about the long term value of the top two I was looking at. The team at Heritage Honda genuinely wanted me to be happy with the vehicle and experience I was going home with and that was clear from the moment of engagement all the way through to the end of the process. Michael Yim was knowledgeable, patient, professional and gave me absolutely no pressure. Manager Andrew Miller was up front, respectful and genuine. Garrett Evans was efficient and accommodating with my 5 year old who was nearing her bedtime. The entire team was engaging, polite and accommodating. It's hard to find a team like this and I would spend money here again and again as long as the same service model is continued. More
