Heritage Honda service writer Michael Weatherman and the service team completed the update on my 2020 Passport Elite per the recent recall. When I told Michael that I needed to wait for my vehicle at the de service team completed the update on my 2020 Passport Elite per the recent recall. When I told Michael that I needed to wait for my vehicle at the dealership during the update, he cautioned me that they were extremely busy and that it may take 1 1/2 hours or more. He said he would do his best to get it done as quickly as possible. True to his word, the work was completed in less than an hour. Found my service writer for my new vehicle. Thanks Michael! More

Unsatisfied customer We bought a Honda van and they gave us one key and a "valet" key that has limited functionality. The sales manager called and asked if we were satisfi We bought a Honda van and they gave us one key and a "valet" key that has limited functionality. The sales manager called and asked if we were satisfied and I told him no, that we expected two keys. He replied that they gave us two keys and that was their policy; however, a valet key has no remote capabilities. Long story short, they refused to give us another key, after spending over $9,000. They told us they would give us another key for $150, which what anyone else would charge you for it. Furthermore, we had to shampoo the carpets and finish waxing the car. This is our 10th Honda, but we will never buy another from these guys! More
