I did some research after leaving yesterday with the service quote. 1,058.42 for a alternator. That was the price for a aftermarket with labor. I found online a Honda OEM part for 572.00 list and calls service quote. 1,058.42 for a alternator. That was the price for a aftermarket with labor. I found online a Honda OEM part for 572.00 list and calls for 1.2 hours of labor. If you charge be 130.00 per hour comes to 195.00 and with part total is 767.00 for OEM. That is a difference 291.00 and getting a OEM to aftermarket. I also had it retested after getting that high quote and volts are 14.07V. I feel like the 120.00 for telling me I needed an alternator was wrong diagnosis from Heritage Bel Air Honda. After the break issue I had with you for selling me warped aftermarket brake pads and rotors less than 8,000 miles. We had to replace them with another location, as you only wanted to give us a 100.00 discount for bad parts to have you do the job again. You have serviced my 2013 Odyssey from day one and this will be the last time we will let you take advantage of us. More

Had an appointment, was completely disrespected by the employee. Brought my vehicle in for full inspection, was informed by the call center this was free, when I went to my appointment, they were going t employee. I told the service rep that I was informed this was a free service, he got up and talked to his manager and just crossed off the fee, without any acknowledgement. I was asked if I wanted my car washed at drop off, I said yes. Upon picking my car up, my car wasn’t washed, the only items they suggested I needed were a basic maintenance, so really don’t think a thorough inspection was done. More
