I was quoted a price by Jesse Pullen over the internet of $34694.00 plus tax and tags. No other fees I ask. No that is the price. I have the emailes. I drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase, the sales manager laughe $34694.00 plus tax and tags. No other fees I ask. No that is the price. I have the emailes. I drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase, the sales manager laughed at the deal, said no way and tried to sell the car for over $41,000 - closer to $42,000,, xxxxxxx is the correct term I believe More

I'm very happy with my purchase but the service was terrible. Had it not been for me really wanting the car I would have walked away from the dealership on at least two occasions. 1st Time - The va terrible. Had it not been for me really wanting the car I would have walked away from the dealership on at least two occasions. 1st Time - The value of my trade in. The day before visiting this dealership my trade-in value was appraised at $3,000. Then the same dealership offered to pay up to $3,700. This dealership's original offer was around $600. The kicker is the other two offers were both from a Heritage Dealership that was less than an hour from this location. What that tells me is the sales department was trying to take advantage of me and tried to extremely low ball me on my trade in value. If I would have been uninformed of the value of my car they could have ripped me off. That is unacceptable of large establishments. They should be looking to build long-term lasting relationships by creating relationships. I will never go back to this dealership. The second time was over a screw in the tire. There was miscommunication on how the repair would be handled. And the dealership sales manager was rude and unwilling to bend on almost all fronts. Overall I did not leave the dealership feeling like I was treated well or that I received a good deal. Fortunate for them I did my research and they had the vehicle I wanted at the right price. If it wasn't for that I would have walked out and found another dealer. I will not give them any more business and we'll buy at least three more cars over the next 10 years. More
