Purchased vehicle here sold me this product called auto armor supposed to protect paint cost $1000 had paint chip after washing vehicle would not cover it dealer would not refund my money..Honda did cover armor supposed to protect paint cost $1000 had paint chip after washing vehicle would not cover it dealer would not refund my money..Honda did cover the paint under warranty but it took over a week. Their body shop tore a wire out of the wiring harness so the emissions light came on. Took it to another Honda dealer to get fixed. The service manager dose not respond to voice messages left numerous messages. They would not give me a loaner car while my truck was being painted. Went to Martin Honda in Newark Delaware for the wiring harness repair, they were excellent gave me a loaner car called me let me know what was going on with the repair. I will purchase my next vehicle there. More

Was skeptical that drive thru kept showing diff tire tread and whether or not i need alignment. They drove it thru both sides 4 times. I have brand new tires less than 100 miles on them. What if i spend $89 on alignment and I bet it comes up crazy when i drive thru afterwards? Then what do I get a refund? I asked for tire pressure check and today my indicator light came on first time since i have owned the car. Do u think they said they did it and really did not. Also car wash was verY mediocre. Waited all these years for their machine To be fixed and then installed and I swore I would get one since the first years I couldn't have one. Will have to go back tomorrow to see about that indictor light. Oil change took over 1 1/2 hour WITH an appointment. This was their expressService. How long if I did not have appt. ? More
