I went in for a recall of my airbags and a 95k tuneup. I was told both of my front compliance bushings were both broken and it would be $1098 to fix. I did a search and found out the 2009-2014 had an extend was told both of my front compliance bushings were both broken and it would be $1098 to fix. I did a search and found out the 2009-2014 had an extended warranty of 7 years assuming due to faulty parts. This should have been known. Has I not looked o would have paid it and maybe they would have also been reimbursed from Honda as well. They work for Honda and this was from 2017 I believe so I’d think they would know. I wonder how many others paid for this and didn’t know any better. My price went up to $2076 with steeling wheel fluid, the 95k service and the replacement of front compliance bushings. Then down to $761.13. That’s a total of $1314.87 not $1098 so not sure where all the price fluctuations come in at??? More

Sales rep was great. However, the trade in ordeal was totally ridiculous. The sales manager was confrontational and pushy. Never mind the fact he insisted my trade in was worth over $5,000 less than it w totally ridiculous. The sales manager was confrontational and pushy. Avoid! An absolute waste of my time. Their tactics turned it into a surprisingly insulting experience. Stan, Chris, and then finally, Noah jerked me around for hours upon hours. They made me wait again an it into a surprisingly insulting experience. Stan, Chris, and then finally, Noah jerked me around for hours upon hours. They made me wait again and again, and then used bait-and-switch tactics to get me excited. Specifically: they [Stan] promised me a specific price range over the phone. He even got off the phone with me to confirm, and then got back to me, so he had an opportunity to go speak with Chris directly. When I returned to the dealership excited for the deal, Chris and Stan told me it was a miscommunication and there's no way they could ever offer me that price. If it truly was a miscommunication between Chris and Stan, that means a horrific level of communication in the dealership. Why would anyone want to shop somewhere where their people can't speak to each other effectively, especially when there's so much money on the table AND it involves you buying a vehicle that you trust to be safe-scary! Also, Stan claimed that the dealer invoice was approx. 3k more than it actually was [I had already done my research so I knew the truth] and neither Chris nor Stan said a word after I then asked to see the invoice, and it was [surprise, surprise] several thousand below what Stan shared. So are their sales associates that uninformed on dealer invoice for popular models and trims, or was I lied to? That's for you to interpret as you consider where to take your business. Stan also lost his temper at one point, unacceptable. Do you want to be yelled at when you're trying to buy a car? I do not. I also want to know who this mysterious 'lot manager' Noah had to call is and why they aren't listed on this site? They never did tell me the lot manager's name either. Noah said the lot manager wasn't 'on site' and they had to make a 'special call' to them to authorize another deal...leaving me sitting there even longer. The 'lot manager' said no to the deal. I wish that everything said that day was videotaped and recorded, and would be covered in a news special on how women are discriminated against at car dealerships, then maybe we can begin to address the issues with this industry. I am so disappointed because this could have been a wonderful experience, but I just left feeling disrespected. Chris and Stan wouldn't even show their faces at the end. At least Noah apologized for the deal falling through AND tried his best to tell Stan to cool his temper tantrum and step away. More
